Changes

To request changes, you have up to 8
business days from the time you receive your product.
Please note that dirty or torn garments do not apply
for the exchange option and will be returned to your buyer.
We will give you an answer 5 business days from the reception
of the product in our warehouse.

Warranty

The term of guarantees is 24 hours from the moment you
receive the product.
The garment will be reviewed by our quality area
and we will give you an answer 5 business days from
receipt in our warehouse. In case the garment allows
repair it will be carried out, otherwise it will be changed.

Returns:

No refunds are made.
